Q How do I withdraw my membership?
A

If you wish to withdraw your membership of the online shopping mall of Little Mama, go to [My Page > Member Withdrawal].

Please be noted that the withdrawal can't be reverted and the deleted data can't be recovered once you proceed with withdrawal.

A

When you forget your ID and/or PW, use [Find ID/PW].

To find your PW, the site uses push notification, SMS or e-mail to help you have a temporary PW.

A

You can proceed with joining the membership by clicking [Log In] or [Sign up] in the upper right corner of the online shopping mall page of Little Mama.

Delivery/Exchange/Refund
Q How do I exchange products or get refund?
A

It is possible to apply for exchange/refund due to simple changing of mind 

or simple mistake on purchasing within 7 working days upon receiving the product.

Place your inquiry via the customer center of Little Mama at

hello@yuhanphilia.com or the bulletin board 1:1 inquiry.

In the case of exchange/refund, two-way delivery cost would be at your expense.

 

However, you can apply for exchange/refund within 3 months since you were provided with the products 

or 15 days since you are or may be aware of such events in the case that the provided products are 

different from what the labels/advertisement indicated or the transaction has been done differently from the contract.

In that case, two-way delivery cost would be at the expense of Little Mama.

You will receive emails regarding the delivery status. 

Or, on the online shopping mall of Little Mama, 

you can also check the delivery status by going to [My Page > Shopping Info > Order detail].

Q How long does it take for delivery?
A

Delivery will be made upon the completion of payment. On average, it usually takes 7 to 10 days.

Q How do I cancel my order before money transfer?
A

Before money transfer, you can cancel your own order.

After logging in, go to [My Page > Shopping Info > Order Detail] and click [Cancel].

A

In the status of completed transfer or payment, it is possible to cancel the order only if the delivery hasn’t been started yet.

If you wish to cancel before delivery, please log in on the webpage of Little Mama and apply for the cancellation request via [My Page > 1:1 Inquiry]


When the delivery is already under way, it is hard to cancel the payment. You may ask for refund.

Q Where do I go to check the order detail after payment?

You can check your order detail via
[My Page > Order Detail] after logging in.

If you place your order as guest, input your order No. via [Log-in > Order Detail for Guest] to check the order detail.

Q I’d like to change my method of payment.

It is hard to change the payment method once a payment process has been made.

If you still wish to change, cancel your previous payment via [My Page > Order Detail >        ] 

and pay again.

Payment with credit card through EXIMBAY and PAYPAL are available.

Q Is there any particular way to store/use products?
A

In order to safely use, Little Mama’s products are in the brown package so that the natural & organic ingredients are protected from UV rays and the product storage duration can be extended.
General ways to store products would be also good to use Little Mama’s products in a fresher manner.
Keep the products away from direct sunlight. In the room temperature where there’s no temperature fluctuation, keep the products until the expiration date.
Within the valid period before the expiration date, you can safely use the products.

As the products are natural & organic, it is recommended to consume the product as soon as the product is open.
